You can help by becoming a member.  The annual membership fee is $50.  

The membership fee is mainly used for the Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) program.  It is a constant struggle to acquire the funds necessary to combat AIS and is by far the majority of our expenses each year.  As a group we have gained the knowledge and contacts to know what needs to be done to combat AIS.  The funds are needed to pay companies to conduct AIS surveys and then treat areas that are found to be contaminated by AIS.
